At the Expo Real in Munich from 4-6 October 2023, the BER airport operating company’s real estate development team will be at hand to provide the latest information on the development of the HORIZN BER CITY district.

The first development module – Part 1 – will soon go out to tender in a two-tier concept tender process as per the German Concessions Act. The BER airport operating company is inviting European property, investment, and project development companies and potential partners to jointly devise forward-looking solutions.
